January 2023 Mon - Thurs - I just Google these names and then choose a recipe that looks the most interesting/easy - I substitute Costco Rotisserie Chicken when it makes sense in order to make a recipe easier:
This month I asked everyone to give me their top 4 favorite meals - most of these recipes are already on this page, but I did include a few tips by some:
February
March - 1/2 May:
Summertime Meals 1/2 May - July (additional June/July meal ideas in those sections)
So that is 30 meals. Usually we go out to eat once a week and then we have a more traditional Sunday Dinner from the crockpot, so 30 meals is just about 6 weeks of meals. Do each of these twice and we made it through June, July, and into August. Once August hits, we are on a different menu schedule because we are back to school June
These are the meals we did this year because we were gone for a week. You can get additional ideas in the section just above.

BACK TO SCHOOL - August Meals (New Ones Added At The Top
So not being 100% sure what the next few weeks will bring, and it always takes a bit to get into the next groove, I went with some standard super super easy favorites, since I should be back to full time on campus starting Monday. Here is what we are eating for the next few weeks M-Th. We do take out on Friday, date night on Saturday, and Sunday dinner traditions on Sunday. We do salads, fruits, veggies, and smoothies mostly for sides. Sometimes we use the air fryer for fries, etc. Again I just google a recipe if it's something that needs a recipe. This is just my plan of attack for the month:
Fall Time! September Meals
A mix of grilling and easy prep meals and as always for the most part I google a meal idea and go with the recipe that I like. Also, this is assuming we do take out on Fridays, date night on Saturdays, and our traditional Sunday dinner on Sundays.
October Mon - Thurs Meals:
Easy meals on Mondays because that's the day Brooklyn calls, carb loads to prep for meets, and easy meals on the nights I work up at Tuacahn, plus perfect grilling weather in Southern Utah!! (I just google the meal idea and pick a recipe from what pops up and I use Costco rotisserie chicken for most of my chicken recipes.)
November Mon - Thurs (Mostly) Meals:
I just google most dishes then pick a recipe that I like. I'm partial to the delish.com recipes:
